Return & Refund Policy

Palsant Project

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders shipped to the United States and other non-EU countries. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and not tried on

• Have original tags and packaging

• Include proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, socks that show any signs of use, washing, or wear will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Contact us at contact@palsantproject.com and include:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

If approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or washed items

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

To get a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without justification.
All items must still meet the return conditions above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
